Easy Weight Loss - Some Diets You Must Try


Easy weight loss? Is there such a thing? Weight loss is not easy as everyone well knows, but there are some weight loss diets that are easier than others, and are successful. Even though some fad diets, such as the Grapefruit Diet, or the Cabbage Soup Diet may be easy, they are almost like starvation diets and are dangerous, so diets like that, usually are not recommended.

There are healthy successful weight loss diets, many well known, but they involve quite a bit of 'work'. For example, the Weight Watcher's Diet. It does involve weighing food and counting points, so that only the correct amount can be consumed. Many people do not have time to do this before each meal.

As stated above there are some excellent diets which have proven to be highly successful, and not much work (if any) to live on them.

Two of them I tried, the one is the Atkins Diet. Dr Atkins wrote the best seller, and sold millions of copies. I consider it an easy weight loss diet, as there is no counting of calories or points. It follows the simple rule of eating very few carbohydrates and absolutely no sugar. One's body does not have the carbohydrates to burn, so it turns to burning your own fat. Some of this diet's detractors have said that this method can be dangerous to the kidneys, but I asked my own urologist who said that the Atkins Diet is perfectly healthy, plus one will notice one's cholesterol levels becoming normal, and one's sugar levels.

The extremely easy weight loss diet I am on right now is my new favorite! It is called the FatLoss4Idiots (meaning that it is so easy, even 'idiots' can do it, which is true). One eats normal healthy food (obviously one cannot have chocolate or unhealthy fatty foods). The only thing one has to do, is change the 'pattern' of one's eating, for example at one meal one is allowed a big meal, and then at the next meal a smaller quantity is consumed. Also at each meal the "type" of calories is changed, a phenomenon called calorie shifting... This revolutionary way of thinking really works, as shifting calories this way tricks the body's metabolism into always working fast, and never having the time to adjust. I have noticed my weight dropping, and faster than ever before. (I can't believe I am saying this, but on some days my weight went down so much I actually added a few more healthy snacks to my diet).

Research the diet you wish to go on, and my advice is to go on an easy weight loss diet, as life is so full and busy, one doesn't have the time today to have to weigh, count and plan. On the easy diets above, you can enjoy three meals a day plus snacks, and the food can be delicious. Let the body's metabolism and fat burning ways work for you!
